The aims of the department are for pupils to design and make within a
structured scheme of work ensuring a successful outcome.Creativity and imagination
are encouraged at all times as is striving for a high standard of accuracy
and finish.
The projects undertaken are to help pupils cope with a rapidly changing world.
At all times pupils are expected to work with due regard for their own
safety and that of others.

All students at The College learn high level skills in information and
communication technology. GCSE ICT enables those who choose it to develop
