Thank you for visiting this section of the web site dedicated
to Scarborough College Junior School. |
| |
The original school - Lisvane - dates back some 80 years when it started life as a boys’ preparatory school on Sandybed Lane. In February 2000, the Junior School re-located to the main Scarborough College campus to take advantage of superb purpose-built premises including Little Owls Pre-School, Infant and Junior Suites, Offices and the Lisvane Hall. |
| |
All the classrooms are very well equipped and the school shares many impressive resources and amenities with the College: science laboratories, drama studio, main sports/drama hall, music school, sports fields, a full size all-weather pitch and school mini-buses |

So, what will your child experience at the Junior School? |
| |
- The most recent ISI Inspection (January 2006) states that an “outstanding start is provided in the Foundation Stage”. Our 3 – 11 Junior School is certainly devoted to meeting the learning needs of all its pupils within a happy, caring community.
- An enthusiastic staff committed to discovering, and then
developing, pupils’ talents both in, and outside of,
the classroom.
- An ethos that seeks to nurture high standards of personal
conduct and corporate behaviour whilst also expecting individuals
to give of their best in all that they do.
