Sports results Monday 28th November
U13 beat Bramcote 21-17, a great result as the team has lost to Bramcote earlier in the
season by 20 points. Birthday boy Alex Ingham led this great team effort with a man of the match performance over our local rivals.
U15 won 1 and lost 1 at the District competition at Scarborough Rugby Club.
Ist XV beat Pocklington 17 -15 in the 4 round of the Daily Mail vase. They play round 5 at home on Dec 7th. This is our first win over Pocklington for many years and is a result of the hard work that the team has put in this season.
U14 won 3 lost 1 at the District competition at Scarborough Rugby Club.
On the Scotland tour the U13 lost an exciting match to Longridge Tower 48-39.
Girls Hockey
U13 beat Bramcote 2-0
1stXI lost to Ampleforth 4-2, the result does not reflect the game as our girls played some great hockey against a team that beat them 8-0 earlier in the season. Great to see the Year 10 girls of Kate, Alice and Georgina playing such a key role in the team.
U15 beat Ampleforth 2-0
On the Scotland tour the U13 drew with Fettes on Saturday and then drew with Ongridge towers yesterday. The girls can be proud of their trip to Edinburgh. Holding a talented Fettes team to a goalless draw was a great result.
