Both Junior and Senior school pupils enjoyed a concert from a visiting String Orchestra from Byasen School, Trondheim, Norway.
The orchestra had a wide age range which the leader explained was because parents have to learn alongside their children so that they have an appreciation of how difficult it is to learn a stringed instrument and can help with scales.
There was a wide repertoire, ranging from music inspired by their outdoor play to more traditional British tunes, and even some heavy metal with audience participation.
